	December 2010 Two new postcards (photography & design) Relatives are bad customers, but things aren't always about money and so lately I found myself taking photographs for one postcard, while using old scanned family pictures for the other. Design was done accordingly to the personal specifications and both designs were printed in low volumes. The result turned out to be very good, and many of the recipients phoned up to express their satisfaction. Thanks!
	September 2010 Cover photograph for CD single Nynke Laverman 'As de leafde net bestie' 'As De Leafde Net Bestie' (Frisian for: 'If Love Would Not Exist') is a written by the famous Dutch entertainer Toon Hermans, now translated and recorded by Dutch/Frisian singer Nynke Laverman. She is the ambassador of the Toon Hermans Huis Fryslân, a foundation for people who suffer from cancer, as well as their relatives. For the cover Nynke selected a photograph which I took during one of her previous concerts.
	May 2010 Event photography Richard Krajicek Foundation I've covered a few sportive events for the Richard Krajicek Foundation. On the picture on the left the tennis champion reveils the name for the new playground in The Hague, Netherlands, which was named after the 'political champion' who fulfilled sportive duties on her last day in function: mrs. 	Winter 2009-2010 Census and photography of Tufted Ducks in Amsterdam's newly developped city The City Of Amsterdam was curious to know how many Tufted Ducks were found in the waters in and around the newly constructed area called IJburg. LEXsample went out on several occassions to cense the ducks and to take their picture (part of the assignment) that were spending their time either sleeping of feeding.
	October 2008 El País De Los Pájaros Pintados The three volume series 'Aves del Uruguay - El País De Los Pájaros Pintados' (Birds Of Uruguay, Country Of Painted Birds) covers 450 birds species that are found in Uruguay. The three books not only describe the bird species, but also a couple of themes, such as ecotourism and nest building. A couple of LEXsample photographs of seabirds were used in volume 2 of the series. Aves del Uruguay - El País De Los Pájaros Pintados by Gabriel Rocha. Published by Banda Oriental S.R.L. 	October 2008 Ecologie & Ontwikkeling (IUCN dutch magazine) I wrote an article on the conservation of albatrosses and petrels for the Dutch branch of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN-NL), which has just been published in their magazine. The issue includes a special LEXsample postcard of a Light-Mantled Albatross (not commercially available). Visit their (dutch) website at www.iucn.nl.
	December 2008 Postcard for Port Lockroy A new LEXsample postcard will be for sale on... Antarctica! As of December 2008, the post office & souvenir shop at Port Lockroy, managed by the UK Antarctic Hertitage Trust, will be selling this Black-browed albatross as well as a series of real photographs.
	December 2007 Article with photographs in Leven nr. 5, 2007 Leven (meaning 'to live', or 'life') is a magazine for members of the Dutch Vegetarian Society. I wrote an article about albatrosses and longlining for the December edition of this magazine. The article, which included also my photographs, was written in collaboration with editor Martine de Klein.
	December 2007 Article with photographs in Het Vogeljaar (Nr 5, 2007) For the dutch ornithological magazine Het Vogeljaar I wrote an articla titled Albatrosses and storm petrels: threats and conservation. The article, illustrated with my photographs, covers nine pages.
	December 2007 Information board and leaflet by Agricultural Conservation Organisation 't Onderholt 'Experience nature on the farm' is the slogan used by the dutch agricultural nature conservation organisation 't Onderholt, who published an information board and a leaflet to introduce visitors to the farms in the village of Vorden and its surroundings. A couple of LEXsample photographs were used to produce these educative materials.
	9 November 2007 DVD and CD 'De Nacht Van De Maisfrou' (Nynke Laverman) LEXsample provided photographs for the artwork of the new CD and DVD of Frisian singer Nynke Laverman. The new CD and DVD are titled 'De Nacht Van De Maisfrou', after the special open air concert, at the theatre-garden in the village of Riis (Friesland) on the 22nd June 2007. DVD and CD can be ordered online via Nynke's website, www.nynkelaverman.nl.
	October 2007 Nature reserve information board bird hide Haverhoeve A picture of a Little Grebe (from the page download LEXsamples) was used to produce an information board for visitors of the bird hide at Haverhoeve (Netherlands), a nature reserve managed by the National Forest Management Department ('Staatsbosbeheer').
	14 September 2007 Workshop 'nature photography' for the municipality of Amsterdam A tailored workshop was delivered to two groups of employees working for the City of Amsterdam. The workshop took place at the nature reserve 'Sallandse Heuvelrug', where the participants received instructions on taking landscape and macro photographs, and taking photographs through a telelens.
	June 2007 Het Groene Boekje Van Zwolle (Green Guide for Zwolle city) One photograph of a Shoveler Duck is the opening picture for the chapter on the development of a new nature project called 'Het Engelse Werk', situated along the IJssel river. This new handbook in Dutch was presented last Friday 22nd of June. 'Het Groene Boekje Van Zwolle' is a collaboration between the two regional departments of the dutch nature conservation organisations KNNV and IVN. ISBN 978-90-9021996-7 (NUR 410).
