As soon as possible you will receive a confirmation email from LEXsample, containing
an overview of your order, address and total postage
the account number to which you can transfer the amount due
an order number (for reference)
If there is anything you need to change simply reply to this confirmation email.
As soon as payment is received your order will be shipped.

LEXsample items can also be obtained from various outlets and, of course, at the stand which can regularly be found around the country.
2. Sales conditions
LEXsample can be held responsible for ...
...timely shipment to the customer of the order. Goods are shipped as soon as payment is received.
...careful packaging of the shipment so it will reach the buyer undamaged. LEXsample cannot be held responsible for damage caused by careless handling by the postal service. It is possible that articles will be shipped in used envelopes or packaging
...a refund of the value of the articles if they do not meet with the buyers expectations.A refund is possible:
within 30 days after receipt of the goods. The buyer will inform LEXsample about this by email;
if the buyer has returned the goods in perfect condition to LEXsample;
of the price of the articles, not of postage.
Always send an email first to let us know why you are not happy, there might be an easy solution.
...replacement of the articles, if they have been lost or damaged due to an obvious error made by LEXsample.
LEXsample cannot be held responsible for...
...orders lost or damaged in the post. If you wish, orders can be sent by registered delivery or they can be insured.
...orders lost as a result of errors in address details made by the buyer. Always check your details before placing an order.
...technical failures which limit the accessibility or the working of the LEXsample website.
3. Questions about ordering from the LEXsample shop
How long does it take to process your order?
You will usually receive a reply within 48 hours, often sooner. All orders will be dealt with and shipped as fast as possible.
Are there any additional charges?
All prices quoted include 19% VAT. Shipment costs are not included (except on orders for canvas prints within the Netherlands).
How much is postage?
You only pay for actual postage. These costs depend on the weight of your articles and the destination. The amount of the shipment costs will be included in the confirmation email you receive.
What if I have other questions or wishes regarding my order or its shipment?
It is always possible to take your wishes into consideration! Just ask, for example with regards to:
...extra shipment options (registered, insured)
...shipment to another address (for example if it is a gift)

How do I pay?
You can pay by money transfer to a bank account.
Within the Netherlands: by transferring the amount due to ING account no. 1998444
Within Europe: by European bank transfer. Your bank may charge you for this. For a bank transfer within European Union countries you need the following details:

Can I phone to find out about my order?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. The best thing is to send an email, you will always get a fast reply!
If I am not satisfied, can I return my order?
Yes you can, but within 30 days after receiving your order. Always first send an email to inform LEXsample why you are not satisfied: there may be an easy solution. If there isn't, you can return the goods in original condition (at your own expense). LEXsample will refund the article (but not the postage).
4. warranty on canvas prints and framed photographs
LEXsample offers two years of warranty on photographs (on photo paper and frame) and canvas prints, provided that the buyer takes care not to damage them by respecting the following guidelines:
Never put the photograph on a spot that is exposed to direct sunlight.
The room where the photograph will be hanging should not have great variation of temperature and humidity.
To clean photographs, only use a dry soft clotch. Never use cleaning liquids or agents.
It is recommended to keep the box and the plastic which were used to send you the photograph, in case you should need to return, move or store the photograph in the future.
