Atlantic Cod (Gadus morhua)


The jelly fish Cyanea lamarcki (probably).


Cuttlefish (Sepia officinalis), member of the octopusses.


The ctenophore (comb jelly) Beroe cucumis (family: Ctenophora) is a fascinating animal which emits light using the eight comb rows that run across its body. It feeds on other Ctenophora.


The Lumpsucker (Cyclopterus lumpus) is a cold water fish, found at depths between 50-400 meters and mainly in the Atlantic Ocean. Every spring the species sets off to the Oosterschelde river (Eastern Scheldt) to reproduce.
